A FULL NAME, INITIALS, NICKNAME Provide all of this information.  For more than one person in a picture-identify which information goes with which person.
B SWEETHEART'S FULL NAME, INITIALS, NICKNAME Provide spouse or sweethearts name
C FRIENDS NAME (OR SIBLINGS, PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, RELATIVES, FELLOW EMPLOYEES List at least two peoples' names here, more if possible.  List most important to least important (in that order) Sometimes we use one name, sometimes all names.
D SCHOOL NAME Give name of school they attend, have graduated from or teach at.
E TEACHER INFORMATION List grade and subject taught, teacher's full name and name which students address teacher as.  List students name, year and room number.
F FAVORITE BEVERAGE Depending on Picture
G GRANDCHILDREN'S NAMES We suggest listing only those children actually giving the picture.  Too many names look cluttered but we'll manage if you desire this.
H FAVORITE PLACES Stat eh place where activity takes place e.g. hunting County, Golf Course, vacation Spot, Lake Name, Gym, Hometown, Restaurant, Whatever applies
I INTERESTS, HOBBIES, LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES List three in order of preference.  For "couples" pictures, specify which pastime is for which person.  For professional pictures, please include typical daily job responsibilities also.
J CHILDREN'S NAMES  List recipients children's names and estimated ages.  Please further identify unusual names and nicknames as either male or female.
K TITLE(S) FOR BOOK OR MAGAZINE List two titles in order of preference (consider hobbies or interests).  For couples pictures, specify which title is for which person.
L DIPLOMA Provide typical diploma information (school, degree earned, year graduated)
M COMPANY OR ESTABLISHMENT NAME Give official name of company where recipient is employed, the recipients title if applicable.  Provide name of city for Firefighter or Police Officer pictures.
N TEAM NAME  What team does recipient play on (or coach)? Give uniform #, hometown or school mascot name.  For Sports Fan picture give favorite team name.
O RIVAL TEAM NAME  List team that is the biggest rival of recipients team or opposing hometown name.
P PET'S NAME Provide name(s) and specify type of animal (cat, dog, etc)
Q IMPORTANT DATES Spell out month-recheck dates twice!!!
R FAVORITE RADIO STATION Provide call letters or a favorite type of music (rock, classical etc)
S SCORES Give scores for home and rival teams, golfers bowlers, etc.  Have fun with these!
T ADDRESS Give address, street, town/city zip code if known.  We will use all or part of this information.
U SPECIAL MESSAGE Picture can be signed: "From Anna" or "Merry Christmas, Love Ann, 1993"  A message of this type can be added to most of our pictures, but we reserve the option to fulfill this request depending on how it fits into the picture.
