All products are 100% U.S.A. made and all personalized cartoon art is exclusive to Art & Soul alone, and made in Waukesha, Wisconsin by artist Gay Zurich ! These are not computer generated pictures. The original watercolor and ink art cartoon is lithographed onto quality paper and all of your personalization is added by hand by a trained artist!
- All 8x10 Personalized Cartoon Pictures are only $19.90 matted and framed (or only $12.95 without frame). Double matting is available for an additional charge of $2.00 on 8x10 Personalized Cartoon Art.
